Annual Emergency Light Discharge Testing
We also provide emergency lighting testing (maintained and non maintained) to ensure that, when needed, the emergency lighting in your building works in order that those within are provided with a safe environment (3 hour annual tests)
5 Year Fixed Wiring (EICR) Reports
Our engineers are City & Guilds qualified in test and inspection to provide landlords and businesses with their professional advice for the EICR requirement. All follow up work (if required) is carried out to the British Standard 7671 18th Edition wiring regulations.
